유아교사의 제반변인에 따른 유아문제행동 지도능력과 교사-유아 관계의 질에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 인적 변인(기관유형, 연령, 학력, 경력)에 따른 문제행동 지도능력과 교사-유아 관계의 질을 분석하고, 동시에 유아교사의 문제행동 지도능력과 교사-유아 관계의 질에 대한 상관을 분석하기 위해 K도에 소재하는 유치원과 어린이집에 재직 중인 유아교사 210명으로 유아문제행동 지도 검사도구와 교사-유아 관계 검사도구를 사용하여 수집하였다. 수집된 연구 자료는 F검증과 t검증으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교사의 연령, 학력, 경력에 따라서 문제 행동 인식과 문제행동 관리능력에서 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 교사의 연령, 학력에서는 교사-유아관계의 교사감정의 하위항목에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 교사경력에서는 교사-유아 관계의 친밀함, 갈등, 교사의 감정의 하위항목에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 문제행동 지도능력과 교사-유아관계의 질에 대한 상관분석 결과 문제행동지도능력과 친밀함에서는 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the kindergarten teachers' problem behavior guidance ability and the quality of teacher-child relationship as well as the relationship of them. The subject were 210 teachers working for kindergarten and child care centers in K-do. 'Children's problem behavior guidance assessment' and 'Teacher-Child Relationship Assessment' were used in the collection of data. The study also used SPSS 18.0 program to analyze the data. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were significant differences on teachers' awareness and problem behavior guidance according to teachers' ages, educational background and careers. Second, there were significant differences on teachers' emotion in teacher-child relationship according to teachers' ages and educational background. There were also significant differences on intimacy and trouble in teachers' emotion according to teachers' career. Finally, there were positive relationship between teachers' problem behavior guidance and the quality of teacher-child relationship.
