5세 누리과정 교사용지도서의 활동목표에 나타난 창의성 관련 요소 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 2011년 고시된 5세 누리과정 교사용지도서의 활동목표에 나타난 창의성 관련 요소를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 유아교육현장에서 창의성 관련 요소를 얼마나 반영하고 실천할 수 있을지에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구를 위해 5세 누리과정「교사용 지도서」11권에 나오는 모든 활동에 제시된 활동목표를 추출하였다. 창의성 분석준거의 요소는 인지적 요소(유창성, 융통성, 독창성, 정교성, 상상력)와 정의적 요소(민감성, 자발성, 호기심, 개방성, 인내성)로 설정하였다. 연구의 분석은 교사용 지도서 각 활동목표에 나타난 창의성 하위요소를 생활주제, 활동유형으로 구분하여 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 연구 분석결과 5세 누리과정「교사용 지도서」는 총 686개 활동과 861개의 활동목표로 이루어져 있다. 활동목표에 나타난 창의성 관련 요소를 분석한 결과 창의성의 정의적 요소가 인지적 요소보다 2.5배 이상 많은 것으로 나타났다. 활동유형에서는 대․소집단활동이 자유선택활동보다 창의성 관련요소가 더 많이 반영된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석을 통해 현장의 교사들이 창의성의 하위요소에 대한 바른 이해를 가지며 생활주제, 활동유형에 따라 더욱 창의적인 활동을 개발해야 할 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

This research center has performed an analytic study of creativity related factors reflected in the activity objectives of the teacher's manual for 5 year old "Nuri Program" as announced for 2011. It is the intent of this study to use the results of this study to provide basic data related to how much creativity related factors can be applied and put into practice in the field of early childhood education. For this study, all activity objectives listed in book 11 of the Teacher's Manual for 5 year old "Nuri Program" was selected for use as sampling. The criteria selected for analyzing creativity factors are the cognitive element (fluency, flexibility, originality, accuracy, imaginativeness) and the affective element (sensitivity, spontaneity, curiosity, openness, tolerance). The analysis of the results involves sorting the lower elements of creativity that appears in the individual activity objectives of the teacher's manual between the daily topics and types of activities and then calculating the frequency and percentage. The results of the analysis reveal that the 5 year old Nuri Program teacher's manual is comprised of a total of 686 activities and 861 activity objectives. As a result of analyzing the creativity related factor that appears in the activity objectives, the affective element is shown to be 2.5 times greater than that of the cognitive element. In the area of types of activities for large-small group activity, a greater percentage of creativity related elements are applied than elective activities. The results of this analytic study shows that teachers in the teaching field need to have an accurate understanding of the lower elements of creativity and, in accordance to the types of activities and daily topics, develop more creativity related activities for their students.
