국문 초록

본 연구는 원가족에서의 아동기 애착외상 경험이 결혼 후 가족관계 경험에 미치는 영향과 외상 후 회복 과정에서 이루어진 가족관계의 회복 경험을 내부자적 관점에서 심층적으로 탐색하여 이러한 외상을 경험한 사람들에 대한 이해를 돕고 상담학적 의미를 제시하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 질적 연구 방법인 자문화기술지를 적용하여 기억자료, 자기관찰과 자기분석이 포함된 일기자료, 가족 인터뷰 등의 자료를 수집하였고 수집된 자료들을 가치코딩, 감정코딩, 종단코딩에 따라 분석하였다. 그 결과, 애착외상 경험이 세대를 관통하여 이어지며 외상 경험으로 인한 부적응적인 심리 작용들이 결혼 후 가족관계에서 반복되는 과정을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 가족관계가 회복되어 가는 과정을 통해 나타난 변화 요인들을 확인하고 나아가 세대를 거듭하며 이어져 내려온 가족의 아픔에 대해 가족 구성원들과 함께 성찰할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of childhood attachment trauma experiences in the original family on the experience of family relationships after marriage and the experience of restoring family relationships in the process of post-traumatic recovery from an insider's point of view, to help understand those who have experienced such trauma and to suggest counseling implications. Methods: For this purpose, we applied autoethnography, a qualitative research method, to collect data such as memory data, diary data including self-observation and self-analysis, and family interviews. The collected data were subjected to value coding, emotion coding, and longitudinal coding during data analysis. Results: As a result, it was confirmed that the experience of attachment trauma continues across generations and that maladaptive psychological processes resulting from the traumatic experience are repeated in family relationships after marriage. Moreover, the changing factors that appeared in the process of recovering family relationships were identified. Conclusions: The significance and limitations of this study were presented.
