진로연계학기 도입에 따른 국악 수업방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 앞으로 학교 교육과정에서 진로연계학기가 운영됨에 따라 국악과 연계한 진로교육 실현을 위한 수업방안을 고안하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 구현하기 위해 국가 수준의 교육과정 내 진로 관련 교육에 대하여 6차 교육과정부터 2022 개정 교육과정까지 검토하였으며, 국악 관련 진로교육의 선행연구를 고찰하였다. 이러한 연구 과정을 통해 진로연계학기 도입을 앞둔 시점에서 국악을 주제로 한 다각적인 진로 수업 개발의 필요성과 시사점을 발견하였다. 이를 근거로 본 연구에서는 국악 공연 잡(job)으러 가세를 주제로 진로탐구 수업을 개발하였다. 다시 말하여 국악 공연에서 필요한 국악 연주자, 무대감독, 음향감독, 조명감독, 공연기획자 등의 직업에 대해 이해, 탐색, 심화하는 과정을 개발하였으며, 구체적으로 지역 기관과의 협업을 기반으로 7차시 프로젝트 진로교육을 설계하였다. 본 연구는 2022 개정 교육과정 진로연계학기에서 적용하기 위한 국악 수업방안의 개발 연구 성격을 지닌다. 따라서, 본 연구내용이 학교 진로교육에서 활발하게 적용되고, 학습자에게 국악 연주자 외에 국악 공연에서 필요한 다양한 직업의 가치를 탐구하는 기회가 제공되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to devise a teaching plan for realizing career education linked to Korean Traditional Music as career-linked semesters are operated in the school curriculum in the future. In order to realize the purpose of this study, career-related education at the national level was reviewed from the 6th curriculum to the 2022 revised curriculum, and previous studies on career education related to Korean Traditional Music were analyzed. Through this research process, the necessity and implications of various career classes under the theme of Korean Traditional Music were found following the introduction of the career-linked semester system. Based on this, this study developed a career exploration class under the theme of Korean Traditional Music performance. In other words, it developed a process to understand, explore, and deepen the jobs of Korean Traditional musicians, stage directors, sound directors, lighting directors, and performance planners necessary for Korean Traditional Music performances. Specifically, the 7-session project career education was designed based on collaboration with local institutions. This study has the characteristics of a study on the development of a Korean Traditional Music class plans for application in the career-linked semester of the 2022 revised curriculum. Therefore, it is expected that the contents of this study will be actively applied in school career education, and the learners will be provided with an opportunity to explore the value of various jobs necessary in Korean Traditional Music performances in addition to Korean Traditional Music performers.
