대학교육혁신의 관점에서 효과적인 대학수업의 특성 연구

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 대학교육혁신의 관점에서 대학생의 대학수업의 경험을 통해 효과적인 대학수업의 특성을 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 Rogers(2003)의 혁신확산이론을 이론을 개념적 틀로 선정하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 연구 참여자는 D대학교에 재학 중인 3학년 학생 10명으로 질적 접근인 성찰일지 작성과 심층면담을 통하여 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 대학수업의 시작 단계에서 대학교육혁신을 위한 대학수업에 대한 선행 지식은 이전에 경험하지 못한 새로운 수업, 미래사회가 요구하는 수업으로 혁신확산이론의 적합성과 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학수업의 실행 단계에서 대학교육혁신을 위한 대학수업과정은 교수자의 교수 중심에서 학습자의 자기주도학습 중심 수업, 교수자의 강의 중심에서 학습자의 상호작용 중심 수업, 단순한 수업 구성에서 복잡한 수업 구성, 교수자 개인의 수업 운영에서 대학의 지원과 연계된 수업 운영으로의 변화로 혁신확산이론의 적합성, 상대적 이익, 복잡성과 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학수업의 결과 단계에서 대학교육혁신을 위한 대학수업의 성과는 흥미유발을 통한 집중력 향상, 자기주도학습 역량 함양, 활용가능한 수업의 결과물로 혁신확산이론의 상대적 이익, 관찰가능성과 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구 결과에 기초하여 대학교육혁신의 관점에서 효과적인 대학수업을 위한 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학교육혁신을 위한 대학수업에 대한 교수자와 학습자의 실천 의지가 요구된다. 둘째, 교수-학습 차원에서 교수자의 역량 개발이 요구된다. 셋째, 대학 특성화 차원에서 각 대학마다 차별화된 교수법 모델의 개발이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of the effective university class from the perspective of university education innovation focused on the innovation proliferation theory. Method: In this study, the participants were third-year 10 students in university D, the data is collected through introspection journals and in-depth interview, which are qualitative approaches. Results: At the beginning stage, prior knowledge about university class for innovation in university education was a new class that has not been experienced and a class required by the future society, which was closely related to the suitability of innovation proliferation theory. At the execution stage, the university class course for innovation in university education was found that the change from the instructor s teaching-centered class to learner s self-directed learning-centered class, the instructor s lecture-centered class to learner s interaction-centered class, simple class structure to complex class structure, and instructors class management to class management linked to university support, which was closely related to the suitability, relative benefits, and complexity of innovation proliferation theory. At the outcome stage, the outcome of university education for innovation in university education was the result of increased concentration through interest induction, self-directed learning capacity, and usable results, which was closely related to the relative benefits and observability of innovation proliferation theory. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, suggestions for effective university class from the perspectives of innovation in university education were as follows. First, the willingness of instructors and learners to practice university classes for innovation in university education is required. Second, in terms of teaching and learning, it is required to develop the competency of the instructor. Third, it is required to develop a differentiated teaching method model for each university in terms of university specialization.
