국문 초록

본 연구는 노인일자리사업과 관련된 학술연구의 동향을 종합적으로 분석하기 위하여 토픽모델링을 적용하여 정책 경향과 연주 주제의 변화양상을분석하였다. 연구 방법은 NetMiner4.0을 활용하여 2013년부터 2022년까지 수집된 KCI 학술논문 197편을 대상으로 제1기(2013-2017), 제2기(2018-2022)의시기별로 연구 현황, 핵심 키워드 출현 빈도, 토픽 도출, 시기별 연구 주제추이를 분석하였다. 연구결과 제1기의 연구들이 활발히 수행되었으며, 핵심키워드는 정책, 목적, 중심, 자료, 관계, 사회, 조사, 경제 등으로 확인되었다. 토픽은 5개로 도출되었으며 명명한 토픽 중 정책적 대안에 따른 노인일자리사업의 역할, 수행기관의 집행조직의 관계와 참여자 위험관리 연구 주제는상승하는 토픽이며, 사업의 다차원적 접근에 의한 정책효과, 사업 참여 경험이 주는 인식의 변화, 만족도 관련 효과 검증 연구 주제는 감소하는 토픽으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인일자리사업의 정책목표는참여 주체와 수행기관에 대한 다차원적인 정책 목표의 실질적인 영향력을파악할 수 있는 정책 효과 연구와 노인일자리사업의 정책 수혜자인 노인 당사자를 위한 다양한 연구가 진행될 수 있도록 연구의 필요성을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study employed topic modeling to conduct a comprehensive analysis of academic research trends concerning senior employment projects, examining shifts in policy direction and performance-related themes. Using NetMiner 4.0, this study analyzed 197 KCI-listed academic papers published between 2013 and 2022 to examine research trends, including research activity, keyword frequency, topic extraction, and temporal shifts in research themes across the first (2013 2017) and second (2018 2022) phases. The findings indicated that research activity was more prominent during the first phase, with core keywords including policy, purpose, center, data, relationship, society, investigation, and economy. Five topics were identified. Among them, emerging themes included the role of senior employment projects in relation to policy alternatives, the dynamics between implementing bodies and agencies, and participant risk management. In contrast, declining topics involved the multidimensional assessment of policy impacts, shifts in perception from project participation, and evaluations of satisfaction-related outcomes. Drawing on these research findings, the study underscores the necessity of further investigation into the actual impact of multidimensional policy objectives on participating entities and implementing agencies. It also calls for expanded research focused on the senior citizens themselves, who serve as the primary beneficiaries of the employment creation initiative.
