국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 대학교원 학습공동체의 운영 및 실천 특성과 주요하게 다룬 교육적 주제가 무엇인지 탐색하여 대학교원의 협력적 전문성 개발에 대한 이해를 심화하는 것이다. 연구방법: 2019년부터 2024년까지 A대학에서 실시한 교수법 공동연구의 결과보고서 50건을 대상으로 텍스트 자료 분석을 실시하였다. Python 3.10 환경에서 KoNLPy(Okt), Gensim 등의 라이브러리를 활용하여 자료 전처리 및 토픽모델링의 두 단계로 진행하고, 이 과정을 통해 생성된 문서-단어행렬을 입력값으로 하여 잠재 디리클레 할당 기법을 적용하였다. 또한 도출된 주요 주제를 바탕으로 사례 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과: 분석 결과 A대학에서는 매년 약 8개 팀, 각 팀 당 약 5명이 교수법 공동연구에 참여하였으며, 주로 문헌분석과 사례분석의 연구방법을 적용하여 연구를 진행하였음을 파악하였다. 텍스트마이닝 결과 해마다 다양한 키워드가 도출되었고, 키워드에 따른 주요 주제 또한 다양하였다. 이를 통해 대학교원 학습공동체가 시대적 요구와 교육적 변화에 따라 역동적으로 변화하였다는 점을 알 수 있다. 결론: 연구 결과를 토대로 대학교원 학습공동체의 교육적 함의를 이해하고, 향후 대학 차원의 지원 전략 및 대학교원 전문성 개발 시스템 구축의 필요성을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to deepen understanding of the Faculty Learning Community by exploring the operational and practical characteristics and the main educational topics. Methods: Text data analysis was conducted on 50 results reports conducted at University A from 2019 to 2024. Using libraries such as KoNLPy(Okt) and Gensim in the Python 3.10 environment, data pre-processing and topic modeling were conducted in two stages. The Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) was applied using the document-word matrix generated through this process as an input value. In addition, case analysis was performed based on the main topics. Results: As a result of the analysis, it was found that about eight teams and approximately five people per team participated in the Faculty Learning Community every year at University A, with the research being mainly conducted by applying the research method of literature analysis and case analysis. As a result of text mining, various keywords were derived every year, and the main topics were also diverse. Conclusion: Based on the research results, the educational implications of the Faculty Learning Community were derived, and the necessity of establishing a university-level support strategy and graduate professional development system were suggested.
