국문 초록

최근 저출산 사회로의 전환과 함께 학교가 정규 수업 외 시간에도 지속적인학습과 돌봄을 제공해야 한다는 요구가 높아지면서, 국가 정책으로 추진된 늘봄학교프로그램에서는 전문성과 역량을 갖춘 강사 양성이 핵심 과제가 되었다. 본 연구에서는 늘봄학교 미술강사를 양성하기 위한 구조화된 모듈형 연수 체계와 실행방안을 제안하였다. 기존의 국내외 강사양성 프로그램을 분석하여 핵심 직무 역량을도출하고, NATURE 모델에 기반한 기초-심화-전문가 수준의 단계별 연수 체계를설계하였다. 또한 자기주도적이고 지속가능한 전문성 개발을 지원하기 위해 디지털기반의 마이크로 크리덴셜 인증 체계를 도입하고, 강사의 질 관리를 위한 협력적거버넌스 체계 구축의 필요성을 강조하였다. 본 연구는 늘봄학교 미술강사 양성을위한 체계적 기반을 마련하고 공교육 내 미술교육의 확산과 질적 향상에 기여할수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

Amid the ongoing shift toward a low-birthrate society, there is increasing demand for schools to offer continuous learning and care beyond regular classroom hours. In response, the Neulbom School program—implemented as a national policy initiative—has identified the training of qualified and competent instructors as a key priority. This study proposes a structured, modular training system and practical implementation strategies for cultivating art instructors within the Neulbom School framework. Through analysis of domestic and international instructor training programs, the study identifies core job competencies. It develops a tiered training framework —comprising basic, intermediate, and advanced levels—based on the NATURE model. To promote self-directed and sustainable professional growth, the study introduces a digital micro-credential certification system. It also underscores the importance of establishing a collaborative governance structure to ensure instructional quality. This research aims to establish a systematic foundation for art instructor training in Neulbom Schools and contribute to the expansion and qualitative improvement of art education in the public sector.
