师范教育往何处去？

국문 초록

The fact that a renowned high school recruits graduate students from top universities like Tsinghua University instead of normal students and graduates from normal universities highlights many erroneous educational concepts that exist today. Research competence does not equate to teaching competence, and teaching competence cannot be simply reduced to problem-solving ability. To become a teacher, one must undergo years of normal education, systematically study pedagogy and psychology, enter real educational settings, and face the many challenges that real education brings. Of course, today’s normal education also has many problems that need to alert us. However, no matter what, people should value true teachers and normal education, as this directly concerns the future of individuals and the nation.

영문 초록

一所著名的中学招录清华大学等双一流大学的研究生做教师，而不招录师范大学的师范生和研究生做教师，显明了当前存在的诸多错误的教育观念。研究者的研究素养不等于教师素养，教师素养也不能等同于解题能力。一个人如要成为教师，必须经历多年的师范教育，系统学习教育学和心理学，进入真实的教育现场，接受真实的教育带给自己的诸多考验。当然，今天的师范教育也存在诸多的问题，需要引起我们的警醒。但无论如何，人们都应该重视真正的教师和师范教育，这直接关系到了个人和民族的未来。
