Promoting the Social Sharing of University Sports Venues: Practical Challenges and Strategic Pathways

국문 초록

With the deepening implementation of the national fitness strategy, the public demand for sports resources continues to grow. As high-quality public sports facilities, university sports venues play a vital role in serving society. However, in practice, the social sharing of these venues faces numerous challenges. Based on literature analysis and case investigations, this study examines the current background of university sports venue sharing, and identifies key issues such as fragmented management mechanisms, unclear safety and liability responsibilities, low resource allocation efficiency, and insufficient sharing incentives. In response, the paper proposes practical strategies including enhancing policy support, building collaborative governance frameworks, advancing smart management systems, and establishing incentive and constraint mechanisms, aiming to provide feasible pathways for promoting the social sharing of university sports venues.

영문 초록

随着全民健身国家战略的深入实施，社会对体育资源的需求不断增长。高校体育场馆作为优质的公共体育资源，其对社会开放具有重要意义。然而，在实践过程中，高校体育场馆社会共享仍面临诸多现实困境。本文基于文献分析与案例调查，梳理当前高校体育场馆共享的现实背景，剖析其面临的主要问题，包括管理机制不健全、安全风险责任不明确、资源调配效率低下、共享动力不足等。在此基础上，提出完善政策保障、构建协同治理机制、推进智慧化管理、建立激励约束体系等路径建议，以期为推动高校体育场馆社会共享提供现实可行的策略参考。
