국문 초록

Since the implementation of the Overall Plan for the Construction of the Hengqin-Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, the Hengqin-Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, as an innovative exploration of cross-border governance under the “One Country, Two Systems” framework, has consistently garnered significant attention from domestic academia for its strategic positioning of “promoting the moderate economic diversification of Macao.” Domestic theoretical circles have conducted systematic research from five major dimensions: institutional innovation, industrial collaboration, opening-up, social governance, and legal safeguards, yielding a rich body of multi-dimensional theoretical achievements. However, existing research still faces limitations such as insufficient interdisciplinary integration, weak empirical foundations, and superficial international comparative studies. It is imperative to further strengthen the quantitative assessment of institutional differences between Guangdong and Macao, deepen forward-looking explorations in emerging fields such as the digital economy and green economy, and reveal the resilience of cross-border industrial chains and the evolution mechanisms of identity through micro-empirical research. This will provide more practical theoretical support for the Hengqin Deep Cooperation Zone to achieve its strategic positioning.

영문 초록

自《横琴粤澳深度合作区建设总体方案》施行以来，横琴粤澳深度合作区作为“一国两制”框架下跨境治理的创新探索，其“促进澳门经济适度多元发展”的战略定位始终受到国内学界的高度关注。国内理论界从制度创新、产业协同、对外开放、社会治理以及法治保障等五大维度对其进行了系统性研究，形成了较为丰富的多维度理论成果。然而，现有研究仍存在跨学科整合不够充分、实证研究基础薄弱以及国际比较研究较为浅层等局限性，应当进一步强化对粤澳制度差异的量化评估，深化对数字经济、绿色经济等新兴领域的前瞻性探索，并通过微观实证研究揭示跨境产业链的韧性以及身份认同的演变机制，从而为横琴深合区实现其战略定位提供更具实践价值的理论支撑。
