대기습도 변화에 따른 금강송 안료 접착제의 박락내후성 연구

국문 초록

대기습도 변화는 회화 접착제를 열화시켜 바탕재료로부터 박락시킨다. 본 연구에서는 대기습도 변화가 회화 접착제를 박락시키는 과정을 미소균열의 전파 과정과 균열막의 박락과정으로 나누어 대기습도 변화에 따른 균열막의 박락과정을 연구하였다. 접착제는 삼천본아교와 포리졸850의 박락내후성을 비교하였고 바탕재료는 문화제 건축에 많이 사용되는 금강송을 사용할 경우를 연구하였다. 접착제 균열막의 박락내후성을 좌우하는 인자는 균열막 끝단에서의 에너지방출율과 접착면의 접착에너지강도임을 발견하였다. 금강송의 탄성계수, 삼천본아교, 포리졸850 접착제와 금강송의 습팽창계수, 삼천본아교와 포리졸850의 금강송 접착에너지강도를 측정하여 접착제의 박락내후계수 계산에 사용하였다.

영문 초록

Atmospheric humidity change degrades and exfoliates the painting adhesive from substrate. In the present study, we divided the exfoliation process of painting adhesive due to atmospheric humidity change into the propagation process of micro-crack on adhesive surface and the exfoliation process of fully cracked adhesive film. We inquire the humidity exfoliation resistance of painting adhesives on Kumgang pine substrate. Humidity exfoliation resistances of two adhesives, Samchunbon animal glue and polyzol 850 painting on Kumgang pine, which is used frequently in Korean cultural property, are compared. We find out from this study that the energy realease at the end of adhesive film crack and the adhesion energy strength of adhesives combining two Kumgang pine beams are the main parameters that determine humidity exfoliation resistance property of painting adhesives. Coefficient of elasticity of Kumgang pine and coefficients of humidity of animal glue, polyzol 850 and Kumgang pine are measured to use in the computation of the coefficients of weather exfoliation resistance of painting adhesives on Kumgang pine.
