로봇활용교육을 위한 초등교사 역량에 대한 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 로봇활용교육을 위하여 필요한 교육적 요구사항과 로봇활용교육에 필요한 초등교사 역량을 기르기 위한 교육요구도를 조사, 분석하여 미래 로봇활용교육의 기초 자료로 활용하는 데 있다. 이 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반 변인에 따른 보유도를 살펴본 결과, 통계적으로 유의미한 범위에서 차이를 보인 변인은 로봇활용교육 연수 경험과 로봇활용교육 경험에 따른 차이였다. 로봇활용교육 연수 경험이 있을수록, 로봇활용교육 경험이 있는 교사일수록 보유도는 매우 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 역량군별 분석 결과 역량 보유도와 중요도 차이는 실천 역량 영역 역량군, 기본 소양 영역 역량군 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전체 교사의 로봇활용교육에 대한 역량을 조사한 결과, 역량별 교육요구도는 정보 소양, 수업설계 및 개발, 내용전문성, 대외협력관계 형성, 창의적 문제해결, 미래교육의 이해 순으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과들로부터 로봇활용교육에 대한 초등교사의 교육요구도를 고려한 교사연수 프로그램의 설계 및 개발 연구가 필요함과 동시에 이미 운영되고 있는 로봇활용교육 교사연수 프로그램 또한 실제적인 역량 진단과 요구 분석 과정을 통하여 좀 더 효과적인 교육프로그램으로 재정비할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to take advantage of Education Using by Robot and robots that take advantage of the educational needs analysis needed for education for the needs of elementary school teachers to foster research skills, analyze the advantage of Education Using by Robot as the basis for future to be utilized. The findings obtained through the above process as follows. First, the possessed competencies according to the general variables is showed a statistically significant difference in and experience utilizing variables of Education Using by Robot training and a difference advantage of educational experience. Higher education and training have experience of Education Using by Robot, the robot is the more experienced teachers is very high. Second, in the difference between the levels of the possessed competencies and the performed competencies, the practical skills domain competency competency clusters is higher than the basic grounding domain competency clusters. Third, Education Using by Robot teacher education revealed capabilities, competencies, information literacy needs of Information Literacy, Instructional design and development, Content expertise, and External cooperation relationships, Creative problem solving, Understanding the future of education in order. This conclusion is based on the results as follows. A needs analysis of elementary school teachers competency for Education Using by Robot in the design and development of teacher training programs in consideration of research. Advantage of already being operated Education Using by Robot also practical skills training program for teachers through the process of diagnosis and more effective requirements analysis training programs need to be rearranged. In addition, teacher education needs of individuals diagnosed with the scientific method and analyzed systematically, suitable development opportunities should be provided.
