국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 초등학교환경교육의 역사를 기반으로 스마트교육의 수행 방안을 세우는 것이었다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 스마트교육 관련 이론을 고찰하였고, 초등학교에서의 환경교육 발달 역사를 분석하였으며, 또한 스마트교육을 수행할 수 있는 다양한 스마트기술 및방법에 대해 알아보았다. 이 연구의 결과에 따라 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 첫째, 환경교육을 수행할 때에는 환경교육과 관련된 지식과 경험을 동시에 제공해야 한다. 둘째, 스마트교육은 현재 국가적 시책에 부응하는 것이므로 이를 실현할 필요가 있다. 더구나 스마트교육의 실행을 위한 많은 스마트기술이 개발되고 있다. 따라서 초등학교에서 환경교육의 수행을 위해 다양한 스마트기술을 이용하한 스마트교육이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 초등학교에서 환경교육을 위한 스마트교육의 수행은 교실 내 수업으로서의 한계를 극복하고 환경교육의 효과를 높일 수 있다. 넷째, 초등학교 환경교육을 위한 스마트 교육의 수행 효과를 높이기 위해서는 초등학교 및 교실의 ICT 환경, 스마트기기, 초등학생의 스마트기기 운영 능력, 그리고 초등교사의 스마트교육 수행 능력을 제고해야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to establish the theoretical foundation for executing plan of smart education based on historical development of environmental education in elementary school. To achieve the purpose of the study, basic theories related to smart education, historical development of environmental education in elementary school, various smart technic and methods for executing smart education were researched and explored. The following conclusions were drawn based on the finding of the study. 1. It is necessary for the environmental education in elementary school to teach the knowledge related to the environmental education, and to give its experience at the same time. 2. It is necessary to execute the smart education because the conducting smart education is in time and national educational policy. Furthermore, there are many smart technologies developed and still developing for executing the smart education. Therefore, it is necessary to execute the smart education for environmental education in elementary school using various smart technologies. 3. For environmental education in elementary school, executing the smart education would be able to overcome the limits of indoor education in elementary school, and would be able to raise the effects of environmental education. 4. To enhance the effects of smart education for environmental education in elementary school, it is necessary to equip the high level of ICT environment, smart equipments, students ability of operating smart equipments, and teachers ability of performing smart education.
