실시간 온라인 한국어 수업 만족도에 매체 효능감, 실재감이 미치는 영향 - 사회통합프로그램 수업을 중심으로

국문 초록

최근 환경적인 요인에 따라 대면 수업을 비대면 수업으로 많이 전환하고 있고, 실시간 온라인 수업이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 실시간 온라인 수업으로 사회통합프로그램 한국어 강의를 수강하는 학습자를 대상으로 매체 효능감, 실재감, 수업 만족도를 알아보았다. 먼저 한국어 숙달도에 따라 매체 효능감, 실재감이 다르게 나타나는지 살펴본 후, 매체 효능감, 실재감이 수업 만족도에 영향을 주는지 분석하였다. 그 결과, 숙달도에 따라 매체 효능감, 실재감이 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타나지 않았다. 실재감은 수업 만족도에 유의미하게 영향을 끼쳤는데 매체 효능감은 수업 만족도와 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. 이를 통해 숙달도는 매체 효능감, 실재감에 유의미한 영향을 끼치지 않는다는 것을 확인 했고, 실재감이 높을수록 수업 만족도가 높아진다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉 실시간 온라인 사회통합프로그램 한국어 수업에서 실재감이 수업 만족도에 영향을 끼치는 요소라는 것을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Recently, many in-person classes have converted to virtual classes, and real-time online classes have gained popularity due to circumstantial factors. This study examines the media efficacy, feeling of presence, and satisfaction of learning experienced by students who take Korean classes as part of the KIIP program in the real-time online format. First, this study examines whether the media efficacy and feeling of presence vary depending on the level of fluency in Korean and analyzes whether media efficacy and feeling of presence affect the satisfaction of learning. The result is that fluency does not have a statistically significant effect on media efficacy and feeling of presence. Although feeling of presence significantly affects satisfaction of learning, the latter does not exhibit a relationship with media efficacy. This shows that fluency does not have a significant effect on media efficacy and feeling of presence and that the higher the feeling of presence, the higher the satisfaction of learning. In other words, this study shows that in real-time online Korean classes—a part of the KIIP program—a feeling of presence affects the satisfaction of learning.(Yonsei University)
