국문 초록

본 연구는 어머니의 양육태도 및 유아의 대인문제해결사고와 공감능력과의 관계를 알아봄으로써 유아의 공감능력 향상 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다. G시에 위치한 어린이집 15개 곳의 원아와 어머니 227명을 대상으로 유아의 대인문제해결사고 및 공감능력, 어머니의 양육태도 검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 어머니의 양육태도가 예측해주는 유아의 공감능력에 대한 설명력은 38%로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 공감능력을 예측해 주는 유아의 대인문제해결사고의 설명력은 23%로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아의 공감능력에 대한 어머니의 양육태도와 유아의 대인문제해결사고는 53%의 설명력을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate the relationships between mother's child-rearing attitude, children's interpersonal problem solving thinking and empathy, and further to utilize it as a basic resource for the development of improvement program in child's empathy competence. On the subject of children in 15 nursery homes and their 227 mothers located in G city, tests were conducted for children's interpersonal problem solving thinking, their empathy competence and mother's child-rearing attitude. From the results of this research, firstly, it was shown that 38% was the interpretational degree about children's empathy competence that mother's child-rearing attitude accounts for. Secondly, it was shown that 23% was the interpretational degree about children's interpersonal problem solving thinking that predicts children's empathy competence. Thirdly, it was shown that 53% was the interpretational degree about mother's child-rearing attitude and children's interpersonal problem solving thinking that predicts children's empathy competence.
