심리운동중재를 통한 줄넘기 교육이 발달협응성장애를 보이는 지적장애아동의 운동협응성과 적응행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 심리운동중재를 통한 줄넘기교육이 발달협응성장애를 보이는 지적장애아동의 운동협응성과 적응행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 S시의 특수체육시설을 이용하고 있는 지적장애 아동 중에서 줄넘기를 전혀 못하는 발달협응성장애 아동12명(실험집단 6명과 통제집단 6명)을 대상으로 심리운동중재를 통한 줄넘기교육을 총 20회(주1회, 60분/회)실시하였다. 심리운동중재를 통한 줄넘기교육 프로그램은 다양한 교구를 활용하여 줄 돌리기, 점프하기와 신체통합 등으로 구성하였다. 교육 전·후의 변화를 살펴보기 위해 아동운동성검사(MABC-2)와 강점·난점체크리스트(SDQ-Kr)를 사전·사후 겸사로 실시하였다. 두 집단 간 차이를 알아보기 위해 Mann-Whitney 검정을 실시하였으며, 실험군의 중재 전·후 차이를 알아보기 위하여 Wilcoxon 부호검정을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 심리운동중재를 통한 줄넘기교육이 발달협응성장애를 보이는 지적장애 아동의 운동협응성 향상과 적응행동에 긍정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 추후 발달협응성장애와 운동교육의 관련성에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in adjustment behavior and motor coordination of children through rope-jumping education for children with mental retardation and with developmental coordination disorder. A total of 12 children with mental retardation and developmental coordination disorders who were all volunteers and could not do rope-jumping and have adjustment behaviors. As well they were participating in special athletics center, which was located in S city. Exercise was done during 20 sessions in total, 60 minutes each session. With them, rope-jumping education including rope-turning, jumping, and psychomotor intervention of body integration concept was conducted by using various educational tools. For study methodology, pre- and post-test of the movement assessment battery for the children(MABC-2) and the Korean version of the strengths and difficulties questionnaire (SDQ-Kr) were carried out to analyze the changes of children. The results of the study were as follows. The rope-jumping education using psychomotor intervention brought The improvement of motor coordination and adjustment behaviors. In the pre-post assessment with MABC2 and SDQ-Kr, there were the improvement of motor coordination and positive changes in the adjustment behaviors. Further study on characteristics of developmental coordination disorder and exercise education was required.
