국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 특수교사의 소진이 교수태도에 미치는 영향에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 탐색함으로써 특수교사의 교수태도를 긍정적 방향으로 전환시킬 수 있는 지원방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 특수교육기관에 재직 중인 교사 250명을 대상으로 소진, 교수태도, 그리고 회복탄력성에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 연구문제에 따라 기술통계, 상관관계분석, SEM 검증, 부트스트레핑을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 특수교사의 소진, 교수태도, 회복탄력성의 수준은 긍정적인 것으로 나타났으며, 세 변인 간 유의미한 상관관계가 확인되었다. 둘째, 특수교사의 소진은 회복탄력성에 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 회복탄력성은 교수태도에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 하지만 소진이 교수태도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않다. 그리고 특수교사의 소진이 교수태도에 미치는 영향에서 회복탄력성은 유의미한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 특수교사의 교수태도를 증진시키는 효과적인 방안으로써 소진의 수준을 감소시키고 동시에 회복탄력성을 증진시킬 수 있는 다양한 프로그램의 구안과 같은 학교현장에 적용할 수 있는 실질적인 전략을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the mediating effects of resilience in the effects of burnout of special education teachers on teaching attitude. Method: The survey on burnout, teaching attitude, and resilience was conducted with 250 teachers in special education institutes. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, SEM verification, and bootstrapping according to the research questions. Results: First, the levels of burnout, teaching attitude, and resilience of special education teachers were found to be positive, and a significant correlation was confirmed among the three variables. Second, burnout of special teachers had a significant effect on resilience, and resilience had a significant and positive effects on teaching attitude. However, the effects of burnout on teaching attitude were not statistically significant. As well, it was confirmed that the resilience had a significant mediating effect in the effects of burnout of special education teachers on teaching attitude. Conclusion: Based on the results, a practical strategy that can be applied to the school scene, such as the construction of various programs that can reduce the level of burnout and improve resilience at the same time, was proposed as an effective method to improve the teaching attitude of special education teachers.
