국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 전공과를 통한 특수교육대상자의 진로･직업교육 활성화와 효과적인 취업 지원 방안을 마련하는 데 주요한 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 목적을 위해 전공과 운영의 현황과 실태, 전공과 관련 법령, 학술연구, 정책연구, 각종 통계 현황을 살펴봄으로써, 전공과의 기능과 운영 실태를 명확히 이해하고자 하였다. 또한 현재 진행되고 있는 정부 차원의 지원정책 및 사업과의 연계성을 분석하여 전공과 지원 방안으로의 적용 등을 검토해 보고자 하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과는 현장실습에 대한 지원 방안, 직무훈련 중심 전공과 교육과정 운영 방안, 전공과 관련 인력의 지원 방안, 교내 현장실습을 위한 전공과 시설 구축 방안을 중심으로 제시하였다. 결론: 장애학생의 진로･직업교육 활성화와 효과적인 취업 지원을 위해서는 학교, 지역사회, 국가의 다각적인 협력과 지원이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to promote career and vocational education and prepare effective support plans for students with special needs for employment through majoring course. Method: For the purpose of the study, the current status of laws, academic research, policy research, and various statistics related to majoring courses were reviewed. In addition, by analyzing the connection between the government's support policies and projects, the support plans for majoring course were reviewed. Result: The results of the study suggest the support plans for field training, curriculum management of job training-oriented majoring course, support plans of manpower for majoring course, and support plans for the majoring course facility construction for the on-campus field training. Conclusion: Based on the research results, summary and conclusion were suggested. For the activation of career & vocational education and effective employment support, it is necessary for schools, communities, and nation to collaborate in several aspects.
