국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 장애인이 인식하는 가족건강성의 유형과 특징을 분석하고 이에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 분석을 위해 장애인개발원에서 제공하는 장애인 삶 패널조사 1차자료를 사용하였다. 이때 전체 장애인패널 중 가족건강성과 영향요인으로 사용한 변수에 모두 응답한 패널을 사용하였다. 그리고 Mplus8.3과 SPSS25.0을 사용하여 잠재계층분석, 카이제곱검정, 평균차이분석, 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 잠재계층분석 결과 '건강한 가족', ‘가족관계 부재', '위기가족'으로 구분할 수 있었다. 둘째, 세 집단 간의 인구사회학적 변인, 심리 변인, 개인경험, 환경요인에서 유의미한 비율 및 평균 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 건강한 가족에 영향을 주는 요인은 대체로 연령대가 낮고, 미혼과 기혼이며, 자아존중감이 높고, 우울은 낮으며, 여행경험이 있고, 가족관계와 주거환경이 좋아야 함을 알 수 있었다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 통해 장애인 가족건강성의 특징을 살펴볼 수 있었고 좀 더 나은 가족건강성을 위해 어떤 지원이 필요한지 예상해볼 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the types of family health perceived the people with disabilities and the factors that influence them. Method: The primary data of the panel survey on the lives of the people with disabilities provided by the Korea Disabled People’s Development Institute was used data. At this time, the panel that responded to all variables used as factors affecting family health among the entire panel of the people with disabilities was used. As well, using Mplus8.3 and SPSS25.0, latent class analysis, chi-squre test, mean difference analysis, and multinominal logistic regression analysis were performed. Results: First, as the results of the latent class analysis, it could be divided into 'healthy family', 'absence of family relationship', and 'crisis family'. Second, there were significant ratios and mean differences among the three groups in demographic variables, psychological variables, personal experiences, and environmental factors. Third, it was found that could affect a increasing family health, the low age, single and married, high self-esteem, low depression, travel experience, and good family relationships and residential environment. Conclusion: Through the results of this study, it was possible to examine the characteristics of family health for the people with disabilities, and to predict what kind of support is needed for better family health.
