기본교육과정 교과서의 질 관리를 위한 사용성 평가 및 환류 체제 제안

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 기본교육과정 교과서 질 관리를 위해 사용성을 평가하고 그를 바탕으로 환류 체제를 제안하고자 실시하였다. 연구방법: 사용성 평가를 위한 조사 도구는 델파이 전문가 20인를 통해 3차에 거친 의견수렴을 한 결과, 교과서의 사용성은 효과성, 효율성, 심미성, 흥미성, 수정요구사항 5가지로 선정되었으며, 문항의 개수는 리커트 척도형 문항 5개와 개방형 문항 10개로 최종 확정되었다. 이는 기본교육과정 교과서의 일반적인 사용자로서 특수교사가 교과서의 사용성을 평가하여 그 결과를 질 관리에 환류하고자 하는 평가의 성격을 고려할 때, 복잡한 요인구조를 가지는 측정도구와 차별화되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다는 전제로 도출된 것이다. 연구결과: 설문조사는 온라인을 통해 이루어졌으며, 최종적으로 유효한 응답지 316개를 분석에 사용하였다. 리커트 척도형 응답은 기술통계분석(빈도분석 및 평균분석)을 실시하였고, 개방형 응답은 언어분석(워드클라우드분석, 언어밀도분석, 언어중심성분석)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 사용성의 모든 항목은 평균 4점을 넘지 못하는 보통 수준의 점수를 보였고, 효과성을 중심으로 살펴본 개방형 응답의 경우 서책형 교과서와 전자저작물 각각이 다른 요구사항을 보였다. 또 언어밀도는 0.738로 높은 수준이었으며, 언어의 연결중심성에 있어서 ‘자료’, ‘학생’, ‘내용’ 중심으로 교과서의 효과성을 가장 많이 논하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론: 연구 결과를 바탕으로 특수교육 기본교육과정 교과서의 질 관리는 사용성 평가 및 환류 체제로 이루어져야 할 것, 사용성 평가를 위한 평가문항은 간단한 리커트 척도형 문항과 개방형 문항을 병행할 것, 마지막으로 교과서의 사용자 평가 환류 체제는 기본교육과정 교과서 플랫폼과 일원화된 통합 플랫폼으로 개발하여 교사들이 제작한 다양한 수준의 관련 온라인 콘텐츠를 업로드할 수 있는 기능까지 갖출 것을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate usability and propose a reflux system based on it for the quality management of basic curriculum textbooks. Method: The survey tool for usability evaluation was developed through the third round of collecting opinions through 20 Delphi experts. The usability of textbooks was selected in five categories: effectiveness, efficiency, aesthetics, interest, and revision requirements, and the number of questions was finally confirmed as 5 Likert scale questions and 10 open questions. This is because any special teacher would like to evaluate the usability of the textbook and return the results to quality management, so a non-complex question is good. Results: The survey was conducted online, and 316 valid responses were finally used for the analysis. Descriptive statistical analysis (frequency analysis and average analysis) was performed for Likert scale responses, and language analysis (word cloud analysis, language density analysis, and language centrality analysis) were performed for open responses. As the result of the analysis, all items of usability showed an average score of less than 4 points, and in the case of open responses focusing on effectiveness, book-type textbooks and electronic works showed different requirements. In addition, the language density was high at 0.738, and it was found that the effectiveness of textbooks was discussed centering on 'data', 'student', and 'content' in terms of language connection centrality. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it was suggested that the quality management of basic curriculum textbooks should consist of a usability evaluation and reflux system, and that the teachers’ user evaluation feedback system should be developed as an integrated platform.
