국문 초록

대학의 취업진로교육은 향후 국가 인적자원의 효율적인 운영과 활용성 측면에서 기업사회와 국민경제에 지대한 영향을 미치는 분야이다. 하지만 국내 대학의 취업진로기구는 출범 역사가 짧고 전문화ㆍ특성화가 되지않아 심각한 폐단이 잠재되어 있다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문의 취지는 최근 변화하는 국내 대학들의 올바른 취업진로기구의 재편 방향과 새로운 시대에 맞는 역할 정립에 초점을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 핵심은 80년대부터 취업진로 관련 부서의 특성화와 전문화에 힘써온 선진국 주요 대학들의 취업진로기구 시스템과 다양한 프로그램, 인적ㆍ물적 인프라 등을 다각적으로 비교, 분석한 후 21세기 우리 대학들이 지향해야할 4세대 취업진로기구의 선진모형 제시와 역할 정립에 목적을 두었다. 따라서 본 논문은 선진국 대학들의 취업진로기구 모형과 인프라 및 역할을 다양한 각도에서 비교, 분석한 후 국내 대학들이 향후 벤치마킹(benchmarking)해야 할 프레임워크(framework)와 프로그램, 진로서비스 등을 동시에 제시하고 있으며 논문의 접근기법은 탐색적인 연구(exploratory study)의 성격을 띠고 있다.

영문 초록

Career policy of university is enormously effective field to enterprise society and national economy in the aspect of efficiency and distribution of national human resource afterwards. But history of the domestic university’s organizations of career center is so humble and serious evils are hidden because it did not specialized and characterized. The purpose of this thesis is focusing on the right realignment direction of recently changing organization of career center and role establishment appropriate to the new age. The core of this study is, after multilaterally comparing and analyzing the system of leading universities' organization that strived for career center's characterization and specialization from 1980s and various programs, human and material infrastructure, it aim at the presenting and role building advanced model of the 4th generation organization of career center that Korean universities should heading for 21st century. Therefore this thesis has a character of exploratory article in the aspect that presents framework and roadmap that domestic universities should do the benchmarking after comparing and analyzing the developed countries' model of organization of career center, infrastructure, and role from various angles.
