영문 초록

Purpose of this research was to examine regulation and distribution channel of second-hand goods in cross-border trade.. As it were, To propose of methods to protect consumers. by understanding international level standardization of which are not only second-hand trades increase and but resource recycling. Research methods to reach the purpose are first. define the several concept based on research of international second-hand goods. . Secondly, questionnaire and interview were conducted to manufacturer which produces second toner cartridge and auto mobile parts to find out current statues of export and manufacture. To protect of consumer and promote efficient resource cycling, standardized international standardization to judgement of second-hand or wastes. Result of the research were as next; First. Find out current statues of export and import of second-hand goods and re-cycled product by HSK code, and data base and legalization of those industry. And encoding HSK of recycling resource for unused resource in order to enforce manage system of international trade. Secondly, Systematization of collection for waste resource and using the resource as future resource by establishment of futures trading. Third. Systematization of guarantee system to distribution channel and enactment of quality certification standards in order to proliferate business of second-hand goods. Fourth. Systematization of re-cycled product system which is given admission to patent related problems, technical support and usage permission of genuine brand with re-product mark simultaneously. To promote the business re-production business Fifth. Support consumerism by safety and health for consumer, environmental influence and the goods information through secure of trace for second-hand goods. As it were, Establishment of infra structure to protect consumer and environment of developing countries which comes from management of wasted second-hand goods in developing countr
