국문 초록

본 논문은 글로벌한 시대 세계 각지에서 민족국가의 경계를 넘는 트랜스내셔널한 정체성을 가지고 살아가는 한인여성입양인을 중심으로 한인여성의 이주에 대한 역사화작업을 시도하고자 한다. 자신의 의지가 아닌 국가의 정책적 선택으로 타자에 의해 입양이란 이름으로 성원권을 부여받는 국가로의 이동이 해외입양이라는 점에 주목하여, 본 논문은 독일 한인여성입양인을 중심으로 그동안 한인이주연구에서 조명 받지 못하고 제외되었던 입양을 통한 한인여성의 이동역사를 규명해보자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 먼저 국가의 주도하에 이루어진 해외입양의 배경 및 요인 그리고 사회문화적 담론을 살펴보고자 한다. 더 나아가 해외입양과 국가의 관계라는 측면에서 입양을 받아들인 독일의 입양정책과 독일 한인여성입양의 현황 및 특징을 살펴보고자 한다. 이 과정에서 본 논문은 한인이주사뿐만 아니라 한인여성사에서도 가시화되지 않고 배제된 이슈영역인 독일 한인여성입양의 역사 및 한인여성입양인의 문화적 권리와 정체성 정치에 대한 보다 체계적인 접근을 시도하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This paper will examine the migration history of Korean female adoptees in Germany, who live in a transnational identity that crosses the boundaries of nation - state from all over the world in the global era. This paper focuses on the fact that the transition to a country which is granted the right of citizenship by the name of adoption by the other as a policy choice of the state rather than its own will is a international adoption, and aims to examine the history of Korean women’s displacements through adoption centering around Germany. To do so, this paper first examines the background and factors of international adoption led by the state and socio - cultural discourse. In addition, this paper will examine the adoption policies by Germany in terms of international adoption, and the current status of adoption of Korean women in Germany. In this process, this paper attempts to make a more systematic approach to the cultural rights and identity politics of Korean female adoptees in Germany, which are issues that is not visible in the history of Korean diaspora women.
