초등교사의 창의성 수업에 대한 학생평가도구 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교에서 이뤄지는 교사의 창의성 수업에 대한 학생평가도구를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 수업에서 창의성 교육을 하는데 필요한 수업 요소들(학생의 특성에 대한 고려, 교사의 전문성, 학생중심교수학습방법, 인적·물적 자원의 활용)과 창의성 교육요소들(확산적 사고, 수렴적 사고, 창의적 문제해결과정, 개방성, 도전/호기심)을 문헌분석과 개방형 설문조사를 통해 추출한 후 예비문항을 구성하였다. 초등학생 226명을 대상으로 본조사를 실시한 결과, 수업에서의 창의성 교육을 평가할 수 있는 수업요소 12문항과 창의성교육요소 24문항을 최종 확정하였다. 확인적 요인 분석을 통해 구인타당도가 입증되었으며 공인타당도도 확보하였다. 이 도구는 수업요소와 창의성교육요소를 구분하여 측정했기 때문에 보다 분석적이고 구체적인 진단을 가능하게 했다는 차별성을 갖는다. 또한 좋은 수업과 창의성 교육이 긴밀한 연관이 있다는 것과, 창의인성학교가 일반학교보다 창의성 교육과 학생주도적 교수학습을 잘 실천하고 있음을 확인하여다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The present study aims to develop student’s assessment of creativity education in an elementary classroom based on components of instruction and those of creativity education. We found four components -consideration of students’ traits, speciality of teachers, student-centered teaching and learning method, personal and physical resources- as the components of instruction, and five components(divergent thinking, convergent thinking, creative problem solving, openness, curiosity) as the components of creativity education. The main survey was administrated to 226 students, and we developed 12 items for the components of instruction and 24 items for the components of creativity education. We confirmed also convergent validity with Beghetto, Kaufman, Baxter’s creative self-efficacy test and Kaufman’s Kaufman-Domains of Creativity Scale: K-DOCS. The distinctive point of this assessment is that we analysed more precisely based on components of instruction and those of creativity education. We found it significant that creativity-personality model school focuses more on the creativity education and student-centered teaching and learning than general school.
