‘대학 교수-학습 연구’ 학술지의 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 ‘대학 교수-학습 연구’ 학술지의 동향을 분석하고 연구 실태를 점검하며, 향후 연구의 방향에 대한 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 연구수행을 위해 사단법인 대학교육개발센터협의회에서 발간하는 한국연구재단 등재학술지 ‘대학 교수-학습 연구’에 게재된 논문을 분석 대상으로 선정하였고, 2020년 13권 1호부터 2025년 18권 1호까지 출판된 총 109편의 논문에 대한 동향 분석을 통해 결과를 도출하였다. 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구물의 기본 특성 중 연도별 게재 논문 수는 2024년에 35편으로 가장 많았으며, 저자 수는 2인 이상 공동 저자 논문이 절반 이상을 차지하였으며, 연도별 피인용 수는 2021년에 게재된 논문이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 연구물의 내용 특성 중 연구대상은 학습자를 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 특히 대학원생과 교원을 대상으로 한 연구가 2024년부터 점차 증가하는 경향을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구목적으로는 현상을 탐구하기 위한 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌으며, 주로 활용된 연구방법은 양적 연구방법으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 연구주제로는 수업과 학습자를 중심으로 한 연구가 큰 비중을 차지하였는데, 교육과정, 디지털, 평가, 교수역량을 주제로 한 연구들도 2023년부터 꾸준히 증가하는 경향을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 특정 학술지에 게재된 제한된 수의 논문을 바탕으로 동향 분석을 수행하였으나, 대학 교수-학습 연구에 대한 주요 동향을 탐색한 첫 시도라는 점에서 차별화된 의의를 지닌다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends and current state of publications in the Journal of Teaching and Learning Research, and to suggest implications for future research directions. The study examined a total of 109 articles published in the Journal of Teaching and Learning Research, a KCI-listed journal, spanning from Volume 13, Issue 1 in 2020 to Volume 18, Issue 1 in 2025. The findings are as follows. First, among the basic characteristics of the articles, the highest number of publications occurred in 2024 with 35 articles, and more than half of the publications were co-authored by two or more researchers. The articles published in 2021 recorded the highest number of citations. Second, regarding the content characteristics, most studies focused on learners, with a noticeable increase in research targeting graduate students and university faculty starting in 2024. The most common research purpose was the exploration of educational phenomena, and quantitative methods were predominantly employed. Lastly, the most frequent research themes were related to instruction and learners. Since 2023, there has been a steady increase in studies addressing topics such as curriculum, digital learning, assessment, and teaching competencies. Although this study was conducted based on a limited number of articles from a single journal, it is significant as the first attempt to explore major trends in the field of teaching and learning research in university.
