국문 초록

이 글은 연구자이자 연구참여자 그리고 초임교사인 ‘나’가 교육과정, 수업, 평가의 변화를 중심으로 3년간의 전문성 함양 과정을 다룬 자문화기술지이다. 이 글을 통해 초임교사로서 내가 겪었던 다양한 사건들과 변화의 경험을 고백적 글쓰기로 표현했다. 이를 통해 교육과정, 수업, 평가 측면에서 의미 있었던 성장 경험과 변화과정을 집중 조명하여 이를 가능하게 했던 요인을 도출하고, 초임교사에게 필요한 전문성이 무엇인지 단초를 제공하고자 하였다. 초임교사로서 ‘나’의 변화과정은 교육과정, 수업, 평가라는 측면에서 1년 차부터 3년 차까지 각 연차별로 나누어 이야기하였다. 연구 결과, 교육과정, 수업, 평가는 분절된 요소로 나타나지 않고 서로 유기적으로 연결되어 있으며, 변화과정의 중심에는 ‘교육과정 리터러시’ 형성이 주요 요인으로 작용했음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 교육과정 리터러시는 ‘문서의 이해’와 ‘학생의 이해’라는 두 가지 측면에서 나의 변화과정을 형상화시켰다. 나는 성장하고 싶은 열망 속에서 ‘초등교사의 전문성이 무엇인지’ 찾아 헤맸던 나의 경험이 독자들에게 생생하게 전달되기를, 공명이 일어나기를 바란다. 지금 이 순간에도 나아갈 방향을 찾고 있을 많은 초임교사들에게 이 글이 조금이라도 도움이 되기를 소망한다. This study is an autoethnography that deals with the three-year development of teachers with focus on changes in Curriculum, Instruction, and Evaluation. I tried to describe my experiences of growth and various events through confessional writing. Through this, I expect to find the factors that enabled my growth and to provide a clue to the expertise required for novice teachers. As a novice teacher, the process of change in ‘I’ can be divided into curriculum, instruction, and evaluation, and each year from the first year to the third year. As a result of this study, The curriculum, instruction, and evaluation were organically connected to each other, and there was always an acquisition of ‘curriculum literacy’ at the center of each growth progress. In addition, curriculum literacy embodied my process of change in two aspects: ‘understanding documents’ and ‘understanding students.’ I hope that my experience of searching for what is professionalism for elementary school teachers in their desire to grow up will be vividly conveyed to readers. Through this, I hope that it will help many first-time teachers who are still looking for where to go.
