기본운동중심 신체활동 활성화를 위한 협력적 실행연구 과정에서 나타난 교사의 변화 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 만 5세 유아 대상의 기본운동중심 신체활동을 활성화하기 위한 협력적 실행과정 및 그에 따른 교사변화를 탐색하여 만 5세 유아신체활동의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위하여 만 5세 유아 18명과 담임교사, 연구자를 연구 참여자로 선정하고 2019년 8월부터 12월까지 약 4개월간 협력적 실행연구를 실시하였다. 그 과정에서 참여관찰을 통한 관찰일지, 수업 전사자료, 유아 활동자료, 연구자 일지, 교사저널, 유아 및 교사 면담자료 등의 자료가 수집되고 분석되었다. 이에 따른 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 협력적 실행과정에서 문제인식단계를 통해 신체활동의 문제점이 도출되었으며, 이를 기초로 1, 2차 실행 및 평가를 순환적으로 진행하였다. 둘째, 협력적 실행과정을 통해 교사는 교과에 대한 이해의 지평을 넓혀 보다 유아 중심의 교수방법을 시도할 수 있었으며 신체활동을 비롯한 교육과정 운영에 주도적인 태도를 형성할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구는 기본운동중심 활성화를 위한 보다 효과적이고 실질적인 방법으로 교사와 전문가 간 긴밀한 협력과정의 중요성을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to examine how the cooperative execution process to activate basic exercise-oriented physical activities for children 5-years old and to explore the changes in teachers accordingly to suggest ways to activate physical activities for children 5-years old. To this end, 18 subjects consisting of five-year-olds, homeroom teachers, researchers, and infants were selected as research participants, and a collaborative implementation study was conducted for about 4 months from August to December 2019. During the process, data such as participatory observation, company-wide data, children's activity data, researcher's journal, teacher's journal, and interview data for infants and teachers were collected and analyzed. The results of the research were as follows. First, problems of physical activity were derived through the problem recognition stage in the cooperative execution process, and based on this, the first and second executions and evaluations were cyclically conducted. Second, through the cooperative execution process, teachers were able to broaden their horizons of understanding about the subject, try more infant-centered teaching methods, and form a leading attitude in the management of curriculum including physical activities. This study is meaningful in that it suggests the importance of a close cooperation process between teachers and experts as a more effective and practical method for vitalizing the basic movement center.
