유아의 친사회적 행동 증진을 위한 조부모 활용 전래동화 프로그램 개발에 대한 교사 인식 및 실태 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아의 친사회적 행동 증진을 위한 조부모 활용 전래동화 프로그램 개발에 있어 각 요소에 관한 교사의 인식과 요구는 어떠한지 살펴보고자 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 전래동화 활용 수업을 활동 주제에 따라 계획하고 있으며, 전래동화 활용 교육효과를 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전래동화 활용 활동으로는 동극과 극놀이가 가장 많이 전개되는 것으로 나타났고, 전래동화의 활용이 유아의 언어, 사회성 발달과 조부모와 세대 간 교류에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이라고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조부모의 교육 참여에 대한 응답에서는 조부모의 교육 참여가 유아의 언어발달, 정서, 사회성 발달 순으로 영향을 미치며, 조부모 교육 참여를 통해 유아의 정서안정과 사회성 발달, 세대 간 원만한 대인관계 형성을 기대하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study examined the demand and awareness of teachers about each factors in developing grandparents' traditional storytelling program which is to enhance pro-social behaviors of children. As a result, first, traditional storytelling class is being planned according to the themes of activities, and they thought highly of the educational effectiveness of traditional storytelling. Furthermore, it was shown that play was the activity that was being carried out most often among traditional storytelling activities, and it appeared that they perceived util zation of traditional storytelling as positive influence to development of sociality, childrens' language use, and generational exchange with grandparents. Secondly, in responses to educational participation of grandparents, teachers expected that educational participation of grandparents influence children in the following order: language development, emotion, and development of sociality. Through educational participation of grandparents, it was shown that teachers expect emotional stabil ty and development of sociality of children and formation of amicable generational relationship.
