다함께돌봄센터 종사자의 특성이 전문성인식과 역할수행에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

아동돌봄에 대한 사회적 인식이 변화하며 아동돌봄의 관심과 사회적 필요성에 따라 아동돌봄은 양적확대를 거듭하고 있다. 이러한 아동돌봄의 사회적 필요성과 양적확대에 따른 돌봄종사자의 전문성 확보는 다함께돌봄센터의 질적 제고 향상을 위해서 중요한 문제가 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서울시 소재의 다함께돌봄센터 종사자를 대상으로 한 148부를 연구의 자료로 활용하였다. 그리고 SPSS 26.0 통계프로그램, 빈도분석, 요인분석, t-test와 ANOVA 통계기법을 이용하였으며, 문항별 상관관계를 분석하기 위해 Pearson의 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 다함께돌봄센터의 종사자 특성에 따른 전문성인식(운영관리능력, 교수능력, 안전보호능력, 전문성신장능력, 의사소통능력)과 역할수행(기본생활지도, 정서적지원, 연구활동, 교수활동, 관련적역할) 간의 관계를 알아보고, 다함께돌봄센터 종사자의 특성이 전문성인식과 역할수행에 미치는 영향을 규명해 보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 다함께돌봄센터 종사자의 전문성인식이 역할수행에 미치는 영향은 다음과 같다. 다함께돌봄센터 종사자의 전문성인식 전체와 역할수행 전체는 통계적으로 유의미한 정적인 상관관계(r=.868, p<.001)로 나타났다. 전문성인식과 역할수행은 전체뿐만 아니라 모든 하위영역에서 정적 상관관계를 보였으며, 이것은 다함께돌봄센터 종사자의 전문성인식이 높을수록 역할수행이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 연구결과에 따른 결론 및 제언으로는 다함께돌봄센터 종사자의 전문성 향상을 위해 맞춤형 자격기준과 다함께돌봄센터 종사자에 대한 역량강화 교육과 연수 지원, 아동돌봄 전문가 양성을 위해 법적·제도적 지원, 다함께돌봄센터 종사자의 전문성 확보와 근무환경 개선이 필요하다.

영문 초록

As the social perception of child care changes, child care continues to expand quantitatively according to the interest and social necessity of child care. The social necessity of child care and securing the expertise of care workers according to the quantitative expansion have all become important issues to improve the quality of joint care centers. In this study, data were collected from 148 workers' of Seoul's Joint Care Centers. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 statistical software, employing frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation analysis to examine the correlations between items. In this study, we tried to find out the relationship between professional recognition(operation and management ability, teaching ability, safety protection ability, professional growth ability, communication ability) and role performance (basic life guidance, emotional support, research activities, teaching activities, and related roles) according to the characteristics of joint care center workers, and to find out the effect of joint care center workers' characteristics on professional recognition and role performance ability. As a result of the study, the effect of professionalism perception of joint care centers workers on role performance is as follows. Together, the entire professionalism perception and role performance of joint care centers workers showed a statistically significant positive correlation (r=.868, p<.001). There was a positive correlation not only in professionalism perception and role performance, but also in all sub-areas, which means that the higher the professionalism perception of joint care centers workers together, the higher the role performance. As a conclusion and suggestion based on the research results, customized qualification standards are needed to improve the professionalism of joint care centers workers together. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen education and training for joint care centers workers together, legal and institutional support for fostering child care experts, secure professionalism of joint care centers workers together, and improve the working environment.
