국문 초록

본 연구는 부모가 인식한 자녀의 스마트폰 과의존과 가족기능 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성을 매개로 하여 가족기능을 강화할 수 있도록 시사점을 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다.이 목적을 달성하기 위해 수도권지역에 있는 부모 214명을 대상으로 온라인 설문하여 양적인 연구방법을 활용한 통계분석한 결과를 바탕으로 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모가 인식한 자녀의 스마트폰 과의존과 회복탄력성 간의 관계는 정적인 상관관계가 있었고, 각 변수의 구성요인인 문제적결과와 지속성, 지지, 낙관성 간의 관계에서는 부적인 상관관계가 있었으며, 조절실패와 가족응집성, 가족의사소통 간의 관계에서는 부적인 상관관계가 있었다. 문제적결과와 가족응집성, 가족의사소통 간의 관계에서는 부적인 상관관계가 있었고, 지속성, 강인성, 지지, 낙관성과 가족응집성, 가족의사소통 간의 관계는 모두 정적인 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 부모가 인식한 자녀의 스마트폰 과의존과 가족기능 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성이 완전매개효과가 있었다. 구성요인 간의 매개효과를 살펴보면 부모가 인식한 자녀의 스마트폰 과의존 구성요인인 문제적결과와 회복탄력성 구성요인인 지속성, 강인성, 지지, 낙관성 간의 관계에서 가족기능의 구성요인인 가족응집성, 가족의사소통에 완전매개하는 것으로 확인이 되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 시사점은 부모 가족기능의 수준을 높이기 위해서는 스마트폰 과의존 관련하여 회복탄력성의 구성요인인 지속성, 강인성, 지지, 낙관성 관련 자료를 활용한 교육이나 활동 프로그램이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for stronger family functioning through resilience in the relationship between smartphone over dependence and family function perceived by parents. In order to achieve this purpose, 214 parents in the metropolitan area were surveyed online and the results of statistical analysis using quantitative research methods are summarized as follows. First, there was a positive correlation between children's smartphone overdependence and resilience perceived by parents, a negative correlation between problematic outcomes, persistence, support, and optimism, and a negative correlation between regulatory failure, family cohesion, and family communication. There was a negative correlation between problematic results, family cohesion, and family communication, and there was a positive correlation between persistence, tenacity, support, optimism, family cohesion, and family communication. Second, resilience had a complete mediating effect on the relationship between children's smartphone overdependence and family function perceived by parents. Looking at the mediating effect between the components, it was confirmed that the relationship between the problematic result, which is the smartphone overdependence component of the child recognized by the parents, and the persistence, toughness, support, and optimism, which are the resilience components, completely mediated the family cohesion and family communication, which are the components of the family function. Therefore, the implication of this study is that in order to raise the level of parental family function, education or activity programs are needed together with sustainability, toughness, support, and optimism, which are components of resilience in relation to smartphone overdependence.
