국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 대인관계, 학업적 자기효능감, 셀프리더십, 플로리싱의 구조적 관계를 탐색하는 것이다. 특히, 대인관계와 플로리싱의 관계에서 학업적 자기효능감과 셀프리더십의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 대상은 서울 소재 대학의 249명의 대학생을 대상으로 이루어졌으며, 연구 결과를 도출하기 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 적용하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 학생들의 대인관계 형성은 학업적 자기효능감, 셀프리더십, 플로리싱에 대하여 각각 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 학생들의 긍정적인 대인관계 형성은 학업적 자기효능감과 셀프리더십을 향상하고, 이를 매개로 학생의 플로리싱에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 본 연구 결과는 학생들의 행복지수인 플로리싱에 긍정적인 대인관계 형성과 학업적 자기효능감, 셀프리더십이 중요한 심리적 요인이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한 대학생들의 플로리싱에 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있는 대학 지원 제도와 정책에 대한 다양한 제언을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the structural relationship among interpersonal relationships, academic self-efficacy, self-leadership, and flourishing among university students. In particular, the mediating effects of academic self-efficacy and self-leadership in the relationship between interpersonal relationships and flourishing were verified. The subjects of this study were 249 university students from a university in Seoul, and the structural equation model was applied to derive the research results. According to the results of the study, students' interpersonal relationship formation had a positive effect on academic self-efficacy, self-leadership, and flourishing, respectively. Students' positive interpersonal relationship formation improved academic self-efficacy and self-leadership, and through this, had a positive effect on students' flourishing. The results of this study suggest that positive interpersonal relationship formation, academic self-efficacy, and self-leadership can be important psychological factors in students' happiness index, flourishing. In addition, various suggestions were made for university support systems and policies that can positively affect university students' flourishing.
