난임 환자 미술치료의 체계적 문헌고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 1996년부터 2020년까지 국내외 난임 환자를 대상으로 미술치료 문헌의 체계적 문헌고찰을 시행하였다. 국내외 9개의 학술검색원을 통해 총 4,108편의 관련된 문헌을 검색하고 선정기준에 적합한 3편의 문헌을 분석하였다. 연구의 편향 평가를 위해 문헌은 질 평가 도구 MINORS와 Cochrane Collaboration Risk of Bias(RoBANS) 도구를 이용해 사정하였다. 연구 결과, 미술치료 중재는 난임 여성의 우울감 감소에 유의미하였다. 이외도 부분적으로 집착적 사고 감소와 사회적 교류 욕구 상승의 유의미한 결과를 확인하였다. 한편, 문헌의 질을 평가한 결과 두 도구 모두에서 편향 위험이 높은 문헌으로 평가되었다. 이에 본 연구는 첫째, 난임 환자 미술치료에서 연구대상자 선정, 연구 설계, 연구 결과 보고 및 연구 윤리 측면에서 연구의 방향 및 과제를 제시하였다. 둘째, 미술 치료학에서의 체계적 문헌고찰 연구 방법을 정립하고 기초자료를 마련하는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study conducted a systematic review of art therapy literature for domestic and foreign infertile patients from 1996 to 2020. A total of 4,108 related documents were searched through 9 academic search centers at domestic and abroad, and 3 documents suitable for the selection criteria were analyzed. To evaluate the bias of the study, the study was assessed using the quality assessment tool MINORS and the Cochrane Collaboration Risk of Bias (RoBANS) tool. In the results of the study, art therapy intervention was significant in reducing depression in infertile women. In part, significant results were confirmed in the reduction of obsessional thinking and the increase in the desire for social exchange. Meanwhile, as a result of evaluating the quality of the literature, both tools were evaluated as having a high risk of bias. first, this suggested the direction and tasks of the study in terms of research subject selection, study design, reporting of research results, and research ethics in art therapy for infertile patients. Second, it was significant in preparing basic data by establishing a thorough systematic literature review research method in art therapy.
