국문 초록

이 연구는 유치원에 근무하고 있는 교사의 자아탄력성, 행복플로리시, 창의적 교수행동 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하고, 자아탄력성과 창의적 교수행동의 관계에서 행복플로리시의 매개효과를 분석한 것이다. 이 연구의 대상은 인천광역시의 공립과 사립 유치원에 재직하고 있는 교사 257명이다. 이 연구를 위하여 유치원 교사들에게 자아탄력성, 행복플로리시, 창의적 교수행동에 관한 질문지를 배포하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 24.0을 사용하여 통계분석을 하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아탄력성, 행복플로리시, 창의적 교수행동 간의 구조적 관계는 적합도 지수 모두에서 적합한 모형으로 나타났다. 자아탄력성은 행복플로리시와 창의적 교수행동에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치며, 행복플로리시도 창의적 교수행동에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아탄력성은 창의적 교수행동에 직접적인 유의미한 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 행복플로리시를 매개로 하여 간접적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통하여 행복플로리시는 자아탄력성이 창의적 교수행동에 미치는 영향에 있어 매개변인으로서 간접적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study examines the structural relationship among kindergarten teachers’ ego-resilience, flourishing, and creative teaching behavior, and investigates the mediation effects of flourishing. The participants were 257 public and private kindergarten teachers in Incheon. Data were collected by using a questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 programs. The covariance structure analysis with the maximum likelihood method was applied to verify the structural equation model of the study. The study results show that kindergarten teachers’ ego-resilience positively affects their flourishing and creative teaching behavior, and flourishing also positively affects creative teaching behavior. Kindergarten teachers’ ego-resilience indirectly affects creative teaching behavior through flourishing. Therefore, flourishing is noted as a positive mediating variable among the effects of kindergarten teachers’ ego-resilience on creative teaching behavior.
