유아교사의 대인관계 의미 탐색

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 유아교육현장에서 유아교사들의 대인관계 의미를 탐색하는 데 있다. 연구방법: 유아교사 5명을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료 분석은 면담 자료의 분석, 해석방법의 절차에 따라 수행하였다. 연구결과: 연구 참여자들은 유아교사의 대인관계를 대상별로 범주화하여 설명하고 있으며, 유아교사의 대인관계가 교사 개인의 사적 영역의 경계를 흐트러뜨리고, 직무능력과 서로 필요충분조건이라고 하였다. 또한, 유아교사들은 긍정적 대인관계를 형성하기 위해 자신의 가치관이나 생각의 방향을 전환하려고 노력하였으며, 타인을 위한 조망수용능력을 발휘하고, 사회적 지원망을 적극적으로 활용하고자 하였다. 논의 및 결론: 유아교사의 대인관계에 대한 이야기를 통해 유아교사가 인식하고 있는 대인관계의 의미를 공감하고 긍정적 대인관계를 형성할 수 있도록 도와줄 수 있는 지원 체제를 마련해야 함을 강조하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the implications of early childhood teachers interpersonal relationship in early childhood education. Method: In - depth interviews were conducted with five young children s teachers. The collected data were analyzed according to the procedures of analysis and interpretation of interview data. Results: The study participants categorized the early childhood teachers interpersonal relationships according to the subjects. Early childhood teachers interpersonal relationships distracted the boundaries of the personal area of the teacher. The interpersonal relationship and the job ability of the early childhood teachers were mutually necessary and sufficient condition. In addition, early childhood teachers tried to change their values or thinking, to have a perspective taking ability for others, and to use the social support network actively in order to form a positive interpersonal relationship. Conclusion: It was emphasized that a support system should be provided to help the early childhood teachers to understand the meaning of interpersonal relationships that they perceive and to help them form positive interpersonal relationships.
