국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 부모의 과보호가 대학생 자녀의 학업소진에 미치는 영향에 있어 자아탄력성과 친구관계 질의 조절된 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 대학생 278명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 최종 선정된 276개의 자료는 SPSS 프로그램과 Process macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 과보호적 양육태도는 학업소진에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아탄력성은 과보호적 양육태도와 학업소진의 관계를 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모의 과보호적 양육태도가 자아탄력성을 통해 학업소진에 미치는 간접적인 영향은 친구관계 질에 의해 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구는 부모의 과보호적 양육태도, 자아탄력성, 친구관계 질이 대학생의 학업소진에 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 학업소진을 줄이기 위한 교육상담적 지원이 필요함을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between parental overprotection and college student burnout, focusing on the moderated mediating effect of ego-resiliency and friendship quality. Method: An online survey was conducted on 278 college students. A total of 276 data were analyzed by the 3-step moderated mediation analysis proposed by Preacher, Rucker, and Hayes(2007). Results: The results of this study were as follows: First, parental overprotection had a significant direct effect on college student burnout. Second, ego-resiliency partially mediated the relationship between parental overprotection and college student burnout. Third, friendship quality moderated the mediating effect of ego-resiliency in the relationship between parental overprotection and college student burnout. Conclusion: This study showed that parental overprotection, ego-resiliency and friendship quality have influences on college student burnout. Based on the results, educational counseling and related suggestions were proposed to reduce college student burnout.
