국문 초록

본 연구는 장애대학생의 진로스트레스가 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 정서조절 전략의 조절효과를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 정서조절 전략은 능동적, 지지추구적, 회피･분산적 전략으로 구분되며, 각 전략의 조절효과를 중심으로 진로스트레스 상황에서 정서조절이 어떠한 심리적 기능을 수행하는지를 탐색하였다. 전국 37개 대학에서 장애대학생 305명을 표집하여 온라인 설문을 실시하였고, SPSS 27.0을 활용해 위계적 회귀분석을 포함한 통계분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 진로스트레스는 진로결정 자기효능감에 유의한 부적 영향을 미쳤으며, 능동적 전략과 지지추구적 전략은 조절효과가 유의하였다. 반면, 회피･분산적 전략은 유의하지 않았다. 대학의 위치와 장애발생시기에 따른 진로심리 변인 간 차이도 확인되었고, 수도권 대학 재학생과 선천적 장애 대학생이 상대적으로 높은 자기효능감을 보였다. 이 결과는 정서조절이 진로결정 과정에서 보호요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 보여주며, 정서조절 전략을 반영한 맞춤형 진로상담과 심리적 지원의 필요성을 제기한다. 또한 본 연구는 고등교육에서 포용적 진로지원 체계 구축의 필요성을 실증적으로 뒷받침한다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 지닌다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the impact of career stress on career decision-making self-efficacy among university students with disabilities, focusing on the moderating role of emotion regulation strategies. Emotion regulation was divided into active, support-seeking, and avoidant-dispersive strategies. A total of 305 students from 37 universities in South Korea participated in an online survey. Hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 27.0 revealed that career stress had a significant negative effect on career decision-making self-efficacy. Active and support-seeking strategies moderated this relationship, while the avoidant-dispersive strategy showed no significant effect. Furthermore, students from metropolitan universities and those with congenital disabilities demonstrated relatively higher self-efficacy levels. These results suggest that emotion regulation can act as a psychological buffer against the negative effects of career stress, emphasizing the importance of tailored career counseling and emotional support. The findings also provide empirical support for building inclusive career support systems within higher education settings.
