국문 초록

This study is analyzed the effect of social support on career decision making self-efficacy and mediating effect of major satisfaction of college students majoring in barista. This survey was conducted among 210 college students were studied in Seoul, Busan, Gangwon-do and Jeolla-do. The results of this study were as follows. First, friend support and professor support, as sub factors of social support, had positive effect on major satisfaction. Second, friend support and professor support had positive effect on career decision making self-efficacy. Third, major satisfaction had positive effect on information collection, goal establishment, and self-evaluation, as sub factors of career decision making self-efficacy. Fourth, major satisfaction had the mediating effect between social support and career decision making self-efficacy. According to the result of this study, it is important of college students major in barista to have high self-efficacy and have opportunities to communicate with their professors about major satisfaction and career path continuously and frequently.
