국문 초록

Recently, coffee has been recognized not just as a simple beverage but as a key element in strengthening local identity and possessing significant potential as a tourism product. In particular, the rapidly emerging cafe streets have been highlighted as crucial factors in revitalizing the local economy and attracting tourists. Therefore, the primary purpose of this study is to develop coffee tourism products centered on cafe streets, promoting the unique coffee culture of the region and proposing a sustainable coffee tourism model. Specifically, this study aims, first, to explore the potential for developing coffee tourism products based on cafe streets. Second, it seeks to enhance the region's distinctive coffee culture while suggesting a sustainable tourism product model. Third, to achieve this, the study proposes experiential content and a collaborative model with local creators to develop practical and innovative coffee tourism products. As a result, the study presents the process and procedures for developing a cafe street-based coffee tourism model, along with key prerequisites such as branding strategies for cafe streets and collaboration with local creators. Additionally, it proposes operational strategies that consider the sustainability of coffee tourism products centered on cafe streets.
