국문 초록

This study analyzes the impact of coffee cup shapes on the taste and aroma of coffee based on data from previous research. It then combines the characteristics of two contrasting cup shapes, Type A and Type B, to develop a new type of cup for coffee pairing. This cup aims to provide a foundation for a new type of pairing between coffee and cup, offering not only aesthetic value but also the ability to experience various flavor elements based on the shape of the cup. Moreover, through this research, it is anticipated that consumers will ultimately experience a more refined and harmonious coffee experience, and coffee brands can utilize his as a new marketing strategy.
