한국과 태국에서 가치적합성에 미치는 요인 비교 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 개인 가치와 집단 가치를 포함하는 변인들이 가치적합성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 설문조사와 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과와 제언을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인 가치, 집단 가치와 가치적합성에서 성별로는 남자가 여자보다 약간 높으나 유의미하지 않았다. 그러나 국가별로는 태국이 한국보다 높았고 유의미하였다. 이 결과는 한국과 태국의 문화적 차이 특히 태국 국민들의 종교적 신앙심 또는 믿음 등에 의한 것이 아닌가라고 생각된다. 둘째, 가치적합성은 성별로는 집단 가치, 개인 가치, 국가 순으로 상관관계가 높았고, 유의미하였다. 국가별로는 가치적합성이 개인 가치, 집단 가치 순으로 상관관계가 높았고, 유의미하였다. 이 결과는 한국과 태국이 비슷한 양상을 띠었다. 셋째, 다중선형회귀분석 결과 모형의 설명력은 44.5%(Adj.R2=.433)로 나타났고, 이 모형은 통계적으로 유의하였다(F=37.637, p<.01). 독립변수인 집단 가치가 개인 가치나 여러 변인보다 가치적합성에 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 주는 변수(B=.591, p<.01)로 나타났다. 이 결과는 한국의 분석결과와 비슷하다. 다시 말하면 한국과 태국 모두 개인 가치와 집단 가치가 가치적합성에 미치는 영향에서 별로 차이가 나지 않는다는 것이다.

영문 초록

This study conducted a statistical analysis through a questionnaire to find out the influence of variables including individual values and group values on value fit. The results of the analysis and suggestions are summarized as follows. First, in terms of individual values, group values, and value fit, men were slightly higher than women by gender, but the overall results were not significant. However, by country, Thailand was higher than Korea and significant. This result is diagnosed as being due to cultural differences between Korea and Thailand, especially the religious beliefs or beliefs of Thai people. Second, in terms of value fit, the correlation was high in the order of group values, individual values, and country by gender, and it was significant. By country, the correlation was high in the order of individual values and group values, and it was significant. This result showed a similar pattern in Korea and Thailand. Third, the results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that the explanatory power of the model was 44.5% (Adj. R2 = .433), and this model was statistically significant (F=37.637, p < .01). The independent variable, group value, was found to have a statistically significant effect on value fit (β=.591, p<.01) more than individual values or other variables. This result shows that there is not much difference in the effects of individual values and group values on value fit in both Korea and Thailand.
