지역사회 만족도와 주거 만족도가 노인의 AIP 의사에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 건강 유지 시와 거동 불편 시 노인의 지역사회 계속거주(AIP) 의사를 알아보고, 노인의 주거 만족도와 지역사회 만족도가 계속거주 의사에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 파악하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 ｢2020년 노인실태조사｣의 원자료 중 65세 이상 노인 9,920명의 자료를 사용하여 기술통계, t-Test, 일원분산분석, Duncan 사후검정, Pearson 상관분석, 이항로지스틱 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 분석을 통해 얻은 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주거 만족도는 5점 만점에 평균 3.81점으로 현재 거주하는 주택에 대해 비교적 만족하였으며, 모든 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 주거 만족도에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 지역사회 만족도 7개 항목 모두 5점 만점에 평균 3.5 이상으로 현재 거주하는 지역사회에 대해 비교적 만족하였으며, 모든 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 지역사회 만족도에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 건강 유지시 AIP 의사는 84.8%로 높게 나타났으며, 성별을 제외한 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 계속거주 의사에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 거동 불편 시 AIP 의사는 56.0%였으며, 모든 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 AIP 의사에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 다섯째, 건강 유지 시 AIP 의사에 연령, 교육수준, 가구소득, 주택 종류, 주거 만족도, 시설환경 만족도, 대중교통 만족도, 자녀ㆍ친지 거리 만족도, 환경 전반 만족도 등이 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 거동 불편 시 AIP 의사에는 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 주관적 건강상태, 주거 만족도, 안전 만족도, 이웃교류 만족도 등이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 지역사회 노인들의 AIP를 지원하고 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 제언 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the AIP intention of the elderly when maintaining health or when having limited mobility, and to understand how their housing and community satisfaction affect AIP intention. For this purpose, we analyzed the data of 9,920 aged 65 and older from the 2020 Survey of the Elderly. The main results of the analysis are as follows. ① The average housing satisfaction was 3.81 points, and there were significant differences according to all socio-demographic characteristics. ② The average of the seven community satisfaction questions was 3.77 points, and there were significant differences satisfaction according to all socio-demographic characteristics. ③ The AIP intention when maintaining health was 84.8%, and there were significant differences according to socio-demographic characteristics excluding gender. ④ AIP intention when having limited mobility was 56.0%, and there were significant differences according to all socio-demographic characteristics. ⑤ Age, education level, household income, housing type, housing satisfaction, facility environment satisfaction, public transportation satisfaction, satisfaction with distance from children and relatives, and overall environment satisfaction had a significant effect on AIP intention when maintaining health. Gender, age, education level, subjective health status, housing satisfaction, safety satisfaction, and satisfaction with interaction between neighbors were found to have a significant effect on AIP intention when having limited mobility. Based on the above results, suggestions for supporting AIP and for follow-up research were presented.
