국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 직업가치관의 하위요인인 내재적 직업가치관과 외재적 직업가치관이 진로적응력에 미치는 영향에서 진로탐색의 매개효과와 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 중국대학생 740명을 대상으로 직업가치관, 진로적응력, 진로탐색과 사회적 지지를 측정하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로탐색은 내재적 직업가치관과 진로적응력 그리고 외재적 직업가치관과 진로적응력의 관계에서 매개효과를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지는 내재적 직업가치관과 진로적응력의 관계에서 조절효과를 가진 것으로 나타났으나, 외재적 직업가치관과 진로적응력의 관계에서는 조절효과가 나타나지 않았다. 결론 이러한 연구결과를 선행연구의 결과에 비추어 해석하고 논의하였다. 특히 사회적 지지의 영향이 내재적 직업가치관과 외재적 직업가치관에서 다르게 나타난 것을 토대로 본 연구의 결과가 기존의 연구결과의 해석에 시사하는 바를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of career exploration and the moderating effect of social support in the relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic work values, which are sub-factors of work values, and career adaptability. Methods To achieve this, a total of 740 Chinese university students participated in the study. Their work values, career adaptability, career exploration, and social support were measured and analyzed. Results The results of the study are as follows. First, career exploration was found to have a mediating effect in the relationship between both intrinsic work values and career adaptability, and extrinsic work values and career adaptability. Second, social support had a moderating effect on the relationship between intrinsic work values and career adaptability. However, no moderating effect of social support was found in the relationship between extrinsic work values and career adaptability. Conclusion These findings were interpreted and discussed in relation to previous studies. In particular, the differing effects of social support on intrinsic and extrinsic work values offer meaningful implications for understanding and interpreting the results of existing research.
