국문 초록

The “Publication of the Communist” adheres to the guidance of the principles of Party building of Marxism-Leninism. It is closely integrated with China’s unique historical characteristics, distinct revolutionary features, and severe practical challenges. Based on the concept of the “Three Magic Weapons”, it puts forward a preliminary vision for Party building, that is, to build a Bolshevized Communist Party of China that covers the whole country, has a broad mass base, and is completely consolidated ideologically, politically and organizationally. This provides an answer to the major question of “what kind of Party to build and how to build it”. The “Publication of the Communist” contains rich thoughts on Party building. In terms of its core essence, it emphasizes the national nature of the revolution, relying on the people, actively responding to the challenges both inside and outside the Party, and applying the Soviet model in combination with China’s national conditions. In terms of historical experience, from the three dimensions of the subject, the medium and the environment, it expounds on experiences such as relying on the Party and the people and grasping the “Three Magic Weapons”.Rereading the “Publication of the Communist” provides important inspirations for addressing the issue of people in the new era, strengthening the forces on which the construction of the Party’s image in the new era depends; reforming the construction methods to achieve creative changes and innovative development; expanding the international vision and grasping the strategic environment for the construction of the Party’s image in the new era.

영문 초록

《〈共产党人〉发刊词》坚持以马克思列宁主义党建原则为指导，紧密结合我国独特的历史特点、鲜明的革命特征以及严峻的现实挑战，在“三个法宝”概念的基础上提出了关于党的建设的初步设想，即建设一个全国范围的、广大群众性的、思想上政治上组织上完全巩固的布尔什维克化的中国共产党，为探索“建设一个什么样的党、怎样建设党”这一重大问题提供了答案。《〈共产党人〉发刊词》蕴含丰富的党建思想，在核心要义上，强调革命的全国性、依靠人民、积极应对党内外挑战及结合国情实践苏联模式等，在历史经验上，从主体、介体、环体三个维度，说明依靠党和人民、把握“三大法宝”等经验。重温《〈共产党人〉发刊词》，对于新时代抓住人的问题，强化新时代政党形象建构的依靠力量；改革建构方法，实现创造性改变和创新性发展；拓展国际视野，把握新时代政党形象建构的战略环境均提供了重要的启示。
