국문 초록

The path of financial development with Chinese characteristics is a major theoretical and practical achievement of the Chinese people’s long-term exploration in the financial field under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. During the new democratic revolution, red finance emerged as an important means for the Chinese Communist Party to carry out its revolutionary struggle; during the socialist revolution and construction period, the financial system dominated by the “unified” banking system provided material guarantees for socialist construction; during the period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction, economic system reform promoted financial work towards marketization. Entering a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the reform of the financial system has become more in-depth, and the modern financial system has gradually taken shape. The path of financial development with Chinese characteristics is guided by Marxist financial theory, nourished by China’s excellent traditional culture, and born out of financial work under the rule of the Communist Party of China. History and reality show that adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, serving the party's central work, adhering to people's finance, and being based on the country’s reality are the proper meanings of opening up the road to finance with Chinese characteristics.

영문 초록

中国特色金融发展之路是中国共产党领导中国人民在金融领域长期探索的重大理论和实践成果。从历史演进来看，在新民主主义革命时期，红色金融作为中国共产党开展革命斗争的重要手段初露头角；在社会主义革命和建设时期，以“大一统”银行体制为主导的金融体制为社会主义建设提供了物质保证；在改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期，经济体制改革推动金融工作迈向市场化；进入中国特色社会主义新时代，金融体制改革更趋深入，现代金融体系逐步成型。从形成机理来看，中国特色金融发展之路以马克思主义金融理论为指导，得益中华优秀传统文化的滋养，生成于中国共产党治下的金融工作。历史与现实证明，坚持中国共产党的领导、服务于党的中心工作、坚持人民金融、立足本国实际是开拓中国特色金融之路的应有之义。
