국문 초록

Rural cadres are at the grass-roots level and are the backbone of the party and the country’s endeavours. During his tenure in Zhejiang Province, Xi Jinping called for cadres to embody the “four types of people”,specifically, pacesetters in economic development, exemplars in conduct cultivation, innovators in grassroots governance, and devoted servants of the people. The requirements of the “four types of people”, profoundly embodies the core essence of taking political nature as the foundation, subjectivity as the value, and professionalism as the armed support. In the context of the new era, efforts should be made to strengthen the study, implementation, and promotion of the requirements of the “four types of people” and give full play to the “wild goose effect” of party members and cadres as the ‘critical minority’ to better leverage organizational revitalization for promoting rural revitalization.

영문 초록

农村干部身处基层一线，是党和国家事业的中坚力量。习近平主浙江时期提出的“四种人”要求，即“发展带头人、新风示范人、和谐引领人、群众贴心人”，深刻体现了以政治性为根本、以主体性为价值、以专业性为武装的核心要义。新时代背景下，应着力加强“四种人”要求的学习、落实和推广，充分发挥党员干部“关键少数”的“头雁效应”，更好地以组织振兴推动乡村振兴。
