국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구는 자기효능감과 삶의 만족 사이의 종단적 관계를 1년 간격에서 알아보았다. 연구방법: 이 연구의 대상은 여성 지체장애인 577명이었다. 이 연구에서 분석된 자료는 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원에서 실시한 장애인 고용패널 2차 웨이브 6차와 7차 연도의 자료에서 추출되었다. 이 연구는 자기회귀 교차지연 모형을 사용하여 자기효능감과 삶의 만족 사이의 종단적 관계를 알아보았다. 연구결과: 첫째, 6차 연도의 자기효능감의 7차 연도의 자기효능감에 대한 자기회귀 효과는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 6차 연도의 삶의 만족과 7차 연도의 삶의 만족에 대한 자기회귀 효과는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 셋째, 6차 연도의 자기효능감이 7차 연도의 삶의 만족에 미치는 교차지연 효과는 정적으로 유의하였다. 넷째, 6차 연도의 삶의 만족이 7차 연도의 자기효능감에 미치는 교차지연 효과는 정적으로 유의하였다. 결론: 이 연구의 결과들은 자기효능감과 삶의 만족이 상호인과적 관계에 있음을 제안한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study examined the longitudinal relationships between self-efficacy and life satisfaction during one-year interval. Method: The participants in this study were 577 women with physical disabilities. The analyzed data were extracted from the 6th and 7th waves of the Disability Employment Panel surveyed by the Korea Employment Development Institute for the Disabled. The study employed an autoregressive cross-lagged model to investigate the longitudinal relationships between self-efficacy and life satisfaction. Results: The results showed significant autoregressive effects of both self-efficacy and life satisfaction from the 6th to the 7th year, as well as significant cross-lagged effects between the two variables across the same period. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest a reciprocal relationship between self-efficacy and life satisfaction.
