중도중복장애학생의 진로교육에 대한 인식 및 개선방안

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 중도중복장애학생 진로교육의 인식과 실태를 파악하고 개선방안을 도출하고자 실시되었다. 연구방법: 교원 104명, 장애학생부모 46명, 유관 기관 종사자 77명으로 총 227명이 설문에 답하였고, 응답내용은 대상자 집단에 따라 기초통계량 산출 및 차이 검증을 실시하였다. 분석 결과: 첫째, 중도중복장애학생을 위한 진로교육의 의미와 목적, 계획 수립, 내용구성에 있어 일상생활에서의 능력, 사회적응, 자립생활을 중요하게 생각하였고, 개별화된 교육 실행을 강조하였다. 둘째, 중도중복장애학생을 위한 별도의 내용으로 구성된 진로교육 프로그램과 자료, 전문인력이 부족함을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 중도중복장애학생을 위한 진로교육의 개선방안 으로 개별 특성에 기초한 맞춤형 교육지원, 전문성 있는 교사 양성과 교육, 지역사회의 유관기관의 협업, 유기적 협의체 구성과 연계 등이 제시되었다. 논의 및 결론: 결과를 바탕으로 실제 교육현장에서의 중도중복장애학생의 진로교육과 관련된 논의와 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the perception and actual situation of career education for students with multiple disabilities and to derive improvement measures. Method: A total of 227 teachers, parents of students with disabilities, and related organizations responded to the questionnaire, and basic statistics were calculated and differences were verified according to the target group. Results: First, career education for students with severe and multiple disabilities emphasized daily living skills, social adaptation, independent living, and individualized education. Second, there was a lack of programs, materials, and professionals with separate content for these students. Third, the recommendations for improving vocational education for students with severe and multiple disabilities were customized educational support based on individual characteristics, training and education of professional teachers, and collaboration with related organizations in the community. Conclusion: Based on these findings, this paper presents discussions and implications in actual educational settings.
