IPA기법을 이용한 예비교사의 에듀테크 역량에 대한 인식 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 에듀테크 역량에 대한 문헌의 고찰과 분석 연구를 통해 교사에게 필요한 역량의 영역과 요인을 재구성하여 제안하고, 각 요인에 대한 예비교원들의 인식을 조사하여 통계적인 분석 결과 및 시사점을 고찰하고자 수행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 에듀테크 역량에 대한 문헌 조사와 분석을 통해 재구성된 에듀테크 역량에 대한 7개 영역과 22개 요인을 도출하여 정리할 수 있었다. 이 중에서 예비교원이 적절한 6개 영역의 19개 문항으로 설문을 실시하였다. 둘째, 예비교원들은 디지털 시민성 지도 능력, 디지털 장비의 사용 능력, 디지털 저작권 및 지식재산권 준수, 데이터 관리 능력, 최신 에듀테크 트렌드 학습력이 중요한 요인으로 인식하고 있다. 셋째, 예비교원은 여러 요인 중에서 데이터 보안 및 프라이버시 보호, 소프트웨어 및 하드웨어 문제해결 능력, 인공지능 기반 학습 지원 능력, 창의적 콘텐츠 제작 능력이 상대적으로 부족하다고 인식하고 있었다. 넷째, IPA 결과에 의하면 예비교원들에게 필요한 주요 에듀테크 역량은 소프트웨어나 하드웨어 문제의 해결 능력, 데이터 관리 능력, 최신 에듀테크 트렌드 학습, 동료 학습 및 커뮤니티 참여, 창의적 콘텐츠 제작 능력, 인공지능 기반 학습 지원이다. 다섯째, 성공적인 에듀테크 활용을 위해서는 비디지털 수업과의 균형, 학생들의 디지털 의존도 관리 등에 관한 가이드 라인 등의 제시가 필요하다. 이 연구가 에듀테크 역량 진단이나 역량 강화 등의 교육 프로그램의 설계와 개발에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to identify and propose key areas and factors of EdTech Competencies required for teachers through a literature review and analysis. It also investigated prospective teachers’ perceptions of each factor, providing statistical insights and implications. The results are as follows. First, the literature review and analysis identified 7 areas and 22 factors for EdTech Competencies. Among these, a survey was conducted with 19 questions covering 6 areas that prospective teachers found appropriate. Second, prospective teachers recognized skills in digital citizenship instruction, digital equipment usage, digital copyright and intellectual property rights compliance, data management skills, and learning and staying updated on the latest EdTech trends as important factors. Third, prospective teachers reported that among various factors, data security and privacy protection, software and hardware problem-solving skills, AI-based learning support skills, and creative content production skills were relatively lacking. Fourth, according to the IPA results, the main EdTech Competencies required by prospective teachers include the ability to solve software or hardware problems, data management skills, staying updated on the latest EdTech trends, peer learning and community participation, creative content creation skills, and AI-based learning support. Fifth, effective utilization of EdTech requires guidelines on balancing digital and non-digital classes while managing students' digital dependency. This study offers useful insights into designing and developing educational programs focused on EdTech competency diagnostics and enhancement.
