국문 초록

고전문학의 콘텐츠화에 대한 연구는 상당히 활발하게 진행되었으며 그 연구 성과도 축적되었다. 이에 그동안의 결과를 검토하고 방향성을 모색할 필요에서 본 연구가 시작되었다. 연구 목적은 고전문학의 콘텐츠화 연구의 현황을 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 앞으로 연구 방향을 전망하는 데 있다. 고전문학은 접근성이 제한된 분야로 인식되어왔으나, 고전문학DB의 구축 등으로점차 장벽이 낮아지고 있다. 콘텐츠에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 콘텐츠 개발에서 특히 고전문학을 원천자료로 활용하는 영역이 넓어지고 있는 추세이다. 고전문학도 이에 따라 학계에서 일반 대중에 이르기까지 폭넓게 주목받게 되었다. 연구의 방법은 2000년대 초반부터 현재까지 고전문학을 콘텐츠화하는 관련 연구를 조망하는 데서 시작하였다. 이어서 고전문학을 서사 갈래, 서정 갈래, 극 갈래로 나누고 각각의 콘텐츠화 양상을 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 고전문학의 콘텐츠화 연구는 최근 몇 년 사이 급격히 활발하게 전개되고 있으며, 각 갈래에서 다양한 방향으로 모색되고 있음을 파악할 수 있었다. 그러나 고전문학을 콘텐츠화하는 수준이 고전의 해석과 현대화 차원에 머무르는 경우가 대부분이어서, 참신성과 창의성을 바탕으로 인접 영역으로 융복합적으로 콘텐츠화할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The Research into the content of classical literature has been carried out quite actively, and research results have been accumulated. Accordingly, this study began with the need to review the results so far and seek direction. The purpose of the study is to examine the current status of content research in classical literature and predict future research directions based on this. Classical literature was recognized as a field with limited accessibility. As interest in content increases, the area of using classical literature as source material in content development is expanding. Accordingly, classical literature also gradually received attention from academia and the general public. The research method began with an overview of related research on converting classical literature into content from the early 2000s to the present. Next, we divided classical literature into narrative, lyric, and dramatic categories and examined the content development aspects of each. As a result of the study, it was found that research into the content of classical literature is rapidly developing more actively, and various directions are being explored in each branch. However, in most cases, the level of content conversion of classical literature remained at the level of interpretation and modernization of classics, and there was a need to converge and integrate content into adjacent areas based on novelty and creativity.
